Privacy Policy

This site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising. There is very little to tell you, and this page tells you all of it.

01Who is responsible

Kality Ltd, registered in Ghana under number GD-323-3454, Ghana, is responsible for the personal data described here. QuickMenu is its service.

Write to hello@quickmenu.uno about anything on this page.

02What this website collects from a visitor

Nothing that identifies you. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no advertising network, no analytics script and no tracking pixel on any page, including the published menu pages.

The fonts are served from our own server rather than from Google, so opening a page here does not tell anybody else that you visited.

03The one thing stored on your device

If you switch between the light and dark themes, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name qm.theme. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and clearing your site data removes it.

We set no cookies of any kind.

04Server logs

The server that hosts this site records each request in a log, in the ordinary way: the IP address, the time, the page requested, the browser's user agent and the referring page. These logs exist to keep the service secure and to diagnose faults.

They are kept for a short period and then deleted, are not used to build a profile of anybody, and are not shared except where we are required to by law.

05When you email us

If you write to us we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you send with it. We use that to answer you and, if you become a customer, to build and maintain your menu.

We keep correspondence for as long as we work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can answer questions about work we did. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we have to keep a record.

06Published menu pages

A menu page carries business information supplied by the venue: dishes, prices, opening hours and a contact number. It carries no personal data about the people who read it.

We do not count scans, record who opened a page, or report visitor numbers back to the venue.

07Who else sees anything

Our hosting provider, which operates the server the site runs on and therefore holds the logs described above, and our email provider, which carries messages you send us. Both act on our instructions.

We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or pass it to anybody else.

08Where it is held

The website and the menu pages are hosted on servers in France. Email may be processed outside Ghana. Where data leaves Ghana we rely on the provider's own safeguards and on contractual terms with them.

09Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it.

Write to hello@quickmenu.uno and we will answer within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

10Children

This service is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11Language

This document is published in several languages. Where a translation differs from this English text, the English text applies.

12Changes to this policy

If this changes, the version date at the top of the page changes with it. A material change will be announced to customers by email.
